The fermentation for Bacio Della Luna Prosecco DOC Brut takes places in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Once the first fermentation is completed, Charmat process follows, reaching the desired residual sugar level according to the Brut classification. Bacio Della Luna Prosecco DOC Brut contains a vibrant yellow color with persistent fine bubbles. Its nose is delicate and fruity with hints of white flowers. The palate has lively ripe apple and peach flavours and a refreshing finish.


Grapes of this Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut are cultivated on the hills within the Valdobbiadene area, manually harvested in cases and softly pressed to obtain the must, which is then treated by refrigeration and filtration.
