Only available in limited quantities, this wine is a perfect union between tradition and modernity, elegance and intensity.
Blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Canaiolo and Mammolo. Aged in oak barrels for at least 24 months and a further 6 months in bottle. Fruity aromas of blueberries on the nose, balanced with round and refined tannins and a long, intense finish. Excellent with rich main courses, such as pappardelle with wild boar sauce, red meat and mature cheese. Perfect with ‘Bistecca alla fiorentina’.
